Offering support and guidance to entrepreneurs in the food, beverage, and event industry, helping them take control of their success and move their businesses forward. The mentoring approach is designed as one-on-one, addresses the specific needs and challenges of each client, valuing individuality and diversity. The online presence and marketing in Nici&Phil Mentoring reflects the changing business landscape and the increasing importance of digital marketing and e-commerce. With this project, I was involved right after the first idea. In our small team, we brainstormed and discussed the starting idea: building an online coaching platform. After recognizing that this is the ultimate goal but not what Nici & Phil wanted to do at the moment. I focused on getting to know what it was they wanted to do, and it turned out to be in-person, one-on-one mentoring. With this in mind, I created a concept that started out with one-on-one mentoring and, on the side, developed online material that created the online platform.
