During the lockdown, people were in need of distraction and connection, and „Deine Region Kocht“ provided both. The project involved live cooking sessions on Instagram, where people could cook together and exchange ideas, creating a sense of community and togetherness. The customer journey, from purchasing ingredients to cooking, was an integral part of the concept. This ensured that participants had a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Community management was also a key aspect, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging interaction between participants. The focus of the project was on customer satisfaction and providing people with a source of joy during a difficult time. The idea was to spark happiness and positivity, and this philosophy was at the core of the project‘s development.
