CXI is Europe's largest conference on Corporate and Brand Identity, bringing together around 1,400 attendees annually for curated, dual-perspective case presentations by design agencies and their clients. Over two years, I worked as Brand Strategist within the core team, leading the repositioning of the conference brand, developing its purpose, values, and communication principles, and building a content and social media system that grew CXI's Instagram following rapidly.
In 2024 and 2025 I opened both conferences on stage, welcoming around 1,400 attendees and introducing the moderators. My preparation included run-of-show planning, key message alignment, and coordination with production and direction. I also introduced a strategic audience Q&A format via Instagram ahead of talks, serving both as audience research and as a briefing tool for speakers. On the day, I managed live communication, visitor information, and coordination with catering, event technology, and volunteer teams. The 2024 conference branding was awarded 2× Silver — at the ADC Talents Award and the Junior Corporate Design Prize.
