The Bachelor thesis „Limited“ sheds light on the limiting influences on creativity and the associated dependence on one‘s own creativity. It aims to explore the potential for innovation by consciously utilizing limits. These limitations are shaped by an individual‘s socialization, experience-based knowledge, theoretical knowledge, and laws. The individual mindset, perception, understanding, and awareness can limit the scope of a creative idea. The Circle of Limits, which is a graphic representation of the limitations and their complex interrelationships, builds a better understanding of these limiting influences on individuals. The graphic illustrates that the individual is at the center, with limitations surrounding them. The Circle of Limits contributes to understanding the origins of individual thinking and action patterns, which can facilitate goal-oriented and solution-oriented changes.
